Hi, I'm Rachel.

I'm a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto's Institute for the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology (IHPST). I mainly work in philosophy of psychiatry, AI ethics, bioethics, and philosophy of medicine. I have other research interests in the phenomenology of pain and ethical issues in crowdfunding. You can examples of two of my talks below.

This is a Youtube video of a presentation of part of my work from my MA thesis on ethical issues in academic crowdfunding.

As with all my presentations, I aim to make my talks exciting and interesting for academics, specialized professionals, and the general public. If you are interested in hearing more about this project (or any of my other work), please get in touch.
